Own the Narrative

Product Marketing Manager — Full-time · Remote-first

This role will open following our first funding round. We're not hiring yet — but the right person for a role like this is rarely sitting idle when you need them. Register your interest now and we'll be in touch.

About the Role

At most companies, product marketing is a support function. You help with launches, contribute to decks, run a competitive tracker no one reads, and wonder why your work doesn't seem to move anything. The positioning was set before you arrived. The narrative isn't really yours.

This is not that.

myCandr is an AI company at the start of its commercial journey. The way we are positioned, understood, and chosen in the market is not yet set. This role is the opportunity to own that — entirely. To be the person who defines how decision-makers understand what we do, why it matters, and why now.

We're looking for someone who has been waiting for exactly this kind of responsibility — and is ready to take it.

What You'll Own

  • Positioning and messaging — how we describe what myCandr does and why it matters
  • Launch strategy for new features and products — from concept to market
  • Competitive intelligence — understanding the landscape and where we win
  • Sales enablement — giving the commercial team the narratives, collateral, and tools to close
  • The customer story — turning client outcomes into case studies, testimonials, and proof points
  • Category narrative — helping define the space we're creating, not just the product we're selling

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • You've owned positioning and messaging end-to-end — not just contributed to it
  • Strong writer and communicator — you can make complex ideas land simply
  • You understand the relationship between product, sales, and marketing deeply
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and can build structure where none exists
  • You have a genuine point of view on what great product marketing looks like
  • Experience in AI, GRC/RegTech, or data-driven SaaS is an advantage

We've named the category, organisational intelligence, and staked out our first positioning. Now someone needs to make the market believe it.

That's a rare kind of opportunity in product marketing: early enough to still shape it, established enough that you're not starting from a blank page.
